I’m born and raised in Hawaii and never have we put Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, honey, and celery in our mac salad. There’s a lot of people who can’t stand onions in their salad too. Lots of “a friend of a friend from Hawaii gave me this ancient Hawaiian” super modified Hawaiian recipes out there.
